Welcome to PawPals! Our founder Sim, has grown up with a passion for animals - surrounded by cats and dogs her entire life. With over 5+ years of working with cats, dogs and other small pets in a professional setting, it was her dream to offer a service where both pets and pet-parents could have stress-free time apart.
“There were times where I had to work long hours or leave at short notice, with no one who had extensive knowledge about cats available to feed and care for them at home. There were always boarding and cattery options, however my cats did not feel comfortable staying in new environments with unfamiliar people, cats and sounds. I could see how stressed they would get anytime they had to leave their home.”
Providing a service where pets feel relaxed and owners get peace of mind was her dream. At PawPals we understand that every pet is unique, with their own routine and safe space. That’s why we come to you to provide the best care possible for your pals in the comfort of their own home.

We also provide basic home maintenance while you’re away, which includes: bringing in mail / packages, taking out bins for collection and watering your plants giving you peace of mind during your absence.
As professional Pet Sitters, we understand the importance and responsibility which comes with caring for pets and the homes of others. We also understand how hard it can be to leave your pals behind! Each service is followed by a GPS tracked update straight to your phone. This update includes daily messages and pictures of your pet(s) so you can rest assured knowing they are doing well.
PawPals Pet Sitting is fully insured, with all pet sitters undergoing a full background check prior to employment.
